FORCHEM DM 40-250-1B industrial drum washer
FORCHEM DM 40-250-1B is an industrial drum washer designed for cleaning fasteners, small metal parts and components that are not practical to load into a cabinet washer basket.
The spiral drum automatically conveys parts from the infeed to the outfeed while they are intensively washed by spray nozzles. The system features dual filtration for a clean washing solution and an optional drying module for ready-to-use parts.

The FORCHEM DM 40-250-1B industrial drum washer provides an efficient solution for cleaning fasteners, small metal components and parts with high cleanliness requirements. Items are fed into a spiral drum where they are automatically conveyed toward the outfeed and continuously cleaned by high-pressure spray.
The machine is ideal for the automotive industry (bolts, nuts, connectors), hydraulics and metalworking (machined parts after turning or milling), and any operation requiring surface preparation before coating/painting. An optional drying module ensures parts exit clean and completely dry.
