The industrial crate washer FORCHEM MP 150S with an integrated drying module is designed for reliable cleaning and drying of plastic crates and other industrial containers. Equipped with a high-performance pump and a dense nozzle system, it ensures thorough washing even under demanding operating conditions.
Made entirely of stainless steel, the machine offers long service life, hygienic design, and low maintenance requirements. Thanks to its modular construction, the number of washing and rinsing zones, machine capacity, and tunnel dimensions can be customized according to specific client needs.
While primarily designed for EURO crates (600×400 mm), adjustable pressure holders make it possible to wash containers of various sizes. The machine includes electric heating, a main washing module, and a rinsing module. A stainless steel conveyor belt with continuously adjustable speed ensures optimal process control.
Easy single-person operation, low energy consumption, and reliable performance make the MP 150S a durable and cost-efficient solution for industrial applications.
